Throughout her career, Nicole noticed a recurring theme: while Tampa Bay was full of talented women and valuable resources, there was often a disconnect between the two. Many didn’t know where to turn for guidance or how to tap into the support systems already available to them.

That realization sparked a vision — to create a space that connects women not only to the right tools and opportunities, but also to each other. A place where established leaders and rising professionals can share experiences, insights, and encouragement.

What began as an idea to help women find direction has evolved into a dynamic, purpose-driven network that champions connection, confidence, and collaboration.
